Sabine is quick to point out that she is not a professional photographer by any means. That is just modesty talking however because after only a few short years she has already gained acceptance to the art gallery market and garnered world-wide recognition from other art photographers.
Concentrating largely in the genre of self portraiture, Sabine concentrates more on capturing the mood and the feeling in her images rather then technical perfection. For her the search for identity is far more important. She will be the first to admit she rarely works with other models ' not through lack of interest, but more through a lack of 'intimacy'. Creating a one-on-one rapport with others is not her strong suit and certainly does not allow her to capture the mood she is looking for.
