John Dunlap has been doing photography for over 25 years in his role as a journalist and public relations professional. He has been published in more then ten American and international publications throughout is long and often eclectic career.
It is his recent work in the realm of hand-manipulated Polaroid’s that has garnered him a tremendous amount of national exposure, including a special feature about Dunlap and his art that appeared on CBS Sunday Morning in 2002. That was followed by features in USA Today and The Philadelphia Inquirer.
Dunlap has had nine one-man art gallery shows in the past six years, including shows in Washington DC, Lambertville (NJ), Berlin (MD), Ocean City (MD), Wilmington (DE), Lewes (DE) and Dover (DE) and his next show will be in early November of 2006 at the Senses at Play Gallery in Key West, Florida.
