Christopher John Ball is a widely exhibited and published, London based, fine arts photographer, playwright and lecturer. His work is held within many public and private collections and it is displayed within the pages of several major international online galleries.
During the 1980's Chris helped set up Action Factory Community Arts. An organization devoted to promoting the arts within the community of Lancashire and empowering disadvantaged members of said community with the skills and confidence to produce art in various mediums and exhibit their work to a wider audience. It should be no surprise to hear then that in addition to his teaching and photographic work; Chris also works in film and theatre. He has recently completed a play ''Throwing Stones'', co-written with Dean Sipling. This is to be performed at The South London Theatre in July and August of 2005 followed by a month long run at The Greenwich Playhouse in September.
