Kate Cymmer was born in Lodz and has lived in Göttingen since 1987. During her final days in school around 2002 she started experimenting intensively with photography and her initial works involved themes with people and nudes.
Her first successful project as the portfolio titled 'Success is Sexy' which confirmed her aim of making nude studies the major element of her photographic activities. In the summer of 2003 she won second prize in the individual section of the nude photos contest of 'Trends & Fun' in Göttingen. In the same year she presented her first exhibition, which earned appreciative recognition among the art aficionados in Göttingen. In 2004 she won another second prize in the erotic-body capes contest of the magazine 'Photographie'. Some of her pictures are published in 'Hot Voyeur Secrets', 'Mammoth Book of Erotic Women' and 'Big Book of Boobs'.
